Telephone Reference Call

Host a telephone conversation to discuss your overall experience with i2, as well as our solutions, how they address your business problems, the benefits realized, and how the implementation proceeded. Prior to scheduling the call, we will provide you with the proposed subject areas and any specific questions that the requesting party may have.

Marketing and PR Quote

Provide quotes highlighting your success with i2 solutions. Your company must approve these quotes for use by i2 for marketing or public relations purposes. This also includes news releases and interviews with reporters and analysts.

Customer Success Story

400 pts

Participate in a recorded interview where you are asked to discuss why your company chose i2, what business problems were targeted and how the i2 solution solves these, your value proposition, and the results that have been achieved. These interviews are released as written case studies and/or video success stories. Examples of these can be found at http://www.i2.com/customers.

On-Site Reference Visit

Host an on-site visit by one company. This is similar to a telephone reference call, except this is an on-site visit at your facility. Often this involves more detailed questions and perhaps a demonstration of the i2 solution in use.

Host an interactive web seminar. This is similar to a telephone reference call except the medium is an interactive, multimedia web event, with multiple participating companies. Typically you will present the points covered in a telephone reference call and then there will be a question-and-answer period with the participants.

Host an on-site visit to your facility for multiple customers. The key difference between the showcase and on-site reference visit is that multiple companies may visit.
