Board of Directors

Sanjiv Sidhu, chairman emeritus, founded i2 Technologies in 1988 and has served as the chairman of the board of directors since i2’s incorporation in 1989 until May 2008. He served as i2’s chief executive officer from the company’s founding until May 2001 and from April 2002 until February 2005. Before founding i2, Sidhu was an engineer working in the artificial intelligence laboratory at Texas Instruments in Dallas. Jack Wilson, executive chairman of the board, joined the i2 board of directors on in April 2005. Wilson retired as chief executive officer of Accenture’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division in August 2004. As CEO he was responsible for implementing Accenture’s strategy to increase its share of the growing BPO market. Until March 2002, Wilson also served as managing general partner of Accenture Technology Ventures, the venture capital unit of Accenture. Previously, he was the managing partner of global markets for Accenture. Wilson joined Accenture in 1975 and became partner in 1983.

Richard L. Clemmer has served as a member of the i2 board of directors since June 2004. Clemmer is the president and CEO of Agere Systems. Since June 2004, he has been a partner at Shelter Capital Partners, a private investment fund. Since 2003, he has been chairman and president of Venture Capital Technology LLC, which is focused on investing in and consulting for technology companies. He previously was on the board and served as an executive at PurchasePro.com, Inc., a provider of electronic procurement and strategic sourcing solutions. Clemmer also currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Excel Switching Corp.

J. Coley Clark was named to the i2 board of directors in June 2008. Clark is Chairman and CEO of Banctec. Throughout his more than 25 year tenure at EDS, Clark progressed through a variety of technical, sales and management roles related to the financial and insurance industries. He was also responsible for the financial industry group, served as a corporate officer and was named senior vice president and member of the company’s top executive team. Clark has served on the boards of Carreker Corporation and FundsXpress and is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. He spent three years in the U.S. Army, attaining the rank of Captain, and served as a company commander in Europe and Southeast Asia.

Stephen Bradley has served as a member of the i2 board of directors since April 2005. Bradley is the William Ziegler Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. Bradley has authored or co-authored seven books and a number of articles in academic journals. He serves as a member of the board of directors of CIENA Corporation and the Risk Management Foundation of the Harvard Medical Institutions, as well as on several advisory boards. In the past, Bradley was a member of the board of directors of Roadmaster Industries and XcelleNet, and was also a member of the editorial board of the Harvard Business Review.

Lloyd G. Waterhouse has served on the i2 board of directors since April 2005. He was chairman and chief executive officer of The Reynolds and Reynolds Company from 2000 until July 2004. He joined the company in May 1999 as president and chief operating officer and was elected chairman in January 2002. Before joining Reynolds, Waterhouse spent 26 years at IBM Corporation. He serves on the boards of Atlantic Mutual Companies, Digimarc Corporation, and Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College.

Richard Hunter, Vice President of Dell’s Global Consumer Services and Support team was named to the i2 board of directors in June 2008. Working with Dell for more than 10 years, Hunter has held a variety of roles supporting the company’s manufacturing operations and supply chain management initiatives. Hunter has more than 25 years of experience in high tech, manufacturing operations and supply chain management and has held positions with General Electric, Texas Instruments and Ericcson. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and serves on the Georgia Tech College of Computing Advisory Board and on the Massachusetts Institute of Technology China Leaders for Manufacturing Governing Board.

David L. Pope joined the i2 Board of Directors in September 2007. He has over 30 years of experience in a variety of management consulting and corporate executive management roles, and is a specialist in supply chain management. He is a Partner in Millennium Technology Partners, a Dallas-based consultancy, specializing in business strategy and strategic supply chain management. Pope was previously a Partner with Accenture in the electronics and high-tech industry, specializing in supply chain management. He has also been a CFO and CEO of several businesses, including a data-recovery and computer forensics firm in the United Kingdom and a US-based semiconductor manufacturer.

Michael Simmons, a member of the Board of Directors since September 2007, is a senior operating partner in the private equity group of Q Investments. Prior to joining Q Investments in 2007, Mr. Simmons spent 20 years at General Electric, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of PII Pipeline Solutions. He held executive and operating leadership roles throughout the U.S. and Europe in GE's pension fund, real estate, finance, energy and oil and gas divisions.
