Bill Beecher stepping down
Dallas, TX --
December 12, 2003 --i2 Technologies, Inc. (OTC: ITWO), a leading provider of end-to-end supply chain management solutions, today announced that Katy Murray, i2’s current principal accounting officer, will succeed Bill Beecher as chief financial officer and executive vice president. After nearly seven years with i2, Beecher will step down from his primary duties effective January 1, 2004. He has agreed to remain with the Company to assist with the transition and other activities through the first quarter of 2004.
Murray joined the Company in 1998 and has held various leadership positions within the finance and accounting organization. In November of 2002, she was promoted to the positions of vice president of Finance and Accounting and principal accounting officer.
