Jordan Resigns from i2 Board of Directors

DALLAS -- December 29, 2003

i2 Technologies, Inc. (OTC: ITWO), a leading provider of end-to-end supply chain management solutions, today announced that Michael H. Jordan has resigned from its Board of Directors. 

Jordan joined the i2 Board in January 2002. He was named CEO and Chairman of the Board of EDS in March 2003, and cited his ongoing responsibilities in those roles for his departure.  
       
“We thank Michael for his service to our Board. i2 has benefited from his leadership,” said i2 Board chairman Sanjiv Sidhu.
       
i2 is actively seeking additional members for its Board of Directors. The remaining directors are Sanjiv Sidhu, Robert L. Crandall and Harvey B. Cash.
