Since your contribution helps i2, it is only appropriate to recognize that effort. We’ve created the Customer Success Program to do just that.
Through the Customer Success Program, i2 rewards you for sharing your supply chain successes with others. We sincerely appreciate the support you give us. And we believe it is appropriate to recognize that effort and to thank you for the time you spend on our behalf.
You may be a reference as frequently as you would like. Each time you complete a reference activity, i2 will award you with points that can be redeemed for credit toward i2 Planet or Directions registration fees. Your Reference Manager will work with you to manage the points in your Customer Success Program account. Your Reference Manager will also ensure that your reference participation is convenient to you, your schedule, and your company policies.
