Demand Collaboration

Demand collaboration is the process during which an industrial manufacturers' sales organization collaborates with its sales regions and customers to establish and reach consensus on sales volume forecasts and to make product commitments. This process typically may involve a sliding process of establishing a forecast, committing to that forecast, and then committing to specific products.

  • Integration of off-line (Excel-based) dealer forecast input to the OEM's demand management hub
  • Dealer forecasting template populated with suggested orders based on order history and local demand-sensing information
