i2 Names Graham C. Newland Senior Vice President, EMEA

Dallas, TX -- September 22, 2009

i2 Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:ITWO) today announced Graham C. Newland has been named senior vice president of the company’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. In this role, Newland will be responsible for all facets of the company’s EMEA sales, presales, services and support organizations, optimizing business performance and margins while maintaining a focus on customer service.

“Graham Newland has led many companies into market leadership positions in numerous industries throughout EMEA, including retail, transportation, petrochemicals, healthcare and consumer industries,” said Hiten Varia, i2 executive vice president, Global Customer Operations, and chief customer officer. “We are pleased to have an executive of his caliber join our team. Newland joins i2 from Torex Retail, where he served as global vice president. There he led large teams with responsibilities for managed services, professional services, third party alliances, presales and a number of EMEA sales segments.

Prior to his tenure at Torex Retail, Newland served as chief operating officer at CAS GmbH. He also spent nearly four years at Oracle as vice president of retail and consumer packaged goods, with a focus on retail and consumer industries in the United Kingdom, and then EMEA including retail operations and multi-channel operations for telecommunications and oil companies. Newland’s resume also includes stints at Price Waterhouse Coopers, Manugistics, ICL/Fujitsu, TrustHouse Forte and BP Retail.
